Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
General Policies
All patrons require a ticket to enter. (No lap sitting)
Shows are appropriate for ages 4 and up unless otherwise posted.
Doors open 1 hr before show time with concessions sold through intermission.
House opens 30 minutes before show time.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Lenoir Community College Performing Arts).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
